BEST Healthy Soda…. Easy To Make

Ok, It’s true.  I get a craving for a bubbly sweet soda every now and then.  So I don’t have to choose between a sugar loaded regular or a chemical loaded diet one, I decided to create my own.  You can kick your soda habit.



Choose an unsweetened sparkling water – this provides the bubbly

Choose a natural fruit concentrate or syrup – I like cherry and 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice.  Concentrate is important so you get all the flavor without losing the fizz.

Sweeten with stevia and if you don’t like pure stevia add a drizzle of  agave nectar too.

Mix and enjoy!!

Seriously, I have not had a soda since.
